The consumer through the website www.braaaapgoat.com is informed about the characteristics of the products, their total price including VAT and transportation costs.

With absolute respect for the users/visitors/customers of our online store, we make every effort so that the information about the products/services of our e-shop is complete, true and valid. We may update them from time to time.

We price the products in Euros (€), listing the value of the products including Value Added Tax (VAT). We may modify the price of the products at any time, however, we are obligated to honor the price shown when you place the order.In the event that you find that the displayed price is particularly low, please contact us at info@braaaapgoat.com as there may be a technical or typographical error. The final payment amount, as configured together with the shipping cost, appears during the final stage before the payment of the products.

The color analysis and image of our merchandise may not exactly correspond to reality, due to digitization, analysis, capture and lighting of photographs, and other technological processes that take place.

  1. Placing an order

Remote orders are only made through our e-shop. We do not accept or process orders placed via e-mail, or via our Social Media pages.

In order to be able to submit your order, you should check whether the country and postal code of the area to which the products you wish to purchase will be shipped are currently served by us and the courier companies cooperating with us.

In order to make your purchases, you have to place the products in the shopping cart. You can then complete the purchase as a regular visitor. If you want to make the purchase as a member, you have to enter your e-mail address or your username and the password you created during registration. Please note that only people over 18 years of age can register as members and place an order.

For your registration as a member of “Braaaapgoat” we collect your email address. Subsequently, when you place an order we collect your name, username, residential address, postal code, country, city-region, phone number.

Before completing the purchase, you will be informed about the detailed cost (product cost, transport – shipping cost). Users are advised to pay close attention to the product and cost information provided before completing their purchase.

To complete the purchase, click the “Place Order” field.

After completing the purchase, a relevant confirmation email will be send at your email address.

The entire process of placing an order for our products and its completion constitute a proposal for the conclusion of a distance contract.

Upon completion of placing an order, the user/visitor/member who placed the order for the products will receive a personalized message – email titled “Order Confirmation” that will list the information about:

  • The ordered products
  • The number of products (amount)
  • The price including VAT and any transport costs
  • The overall value set
  • Billing address details
  • The shipping address
  • Registered contact details
  • The Order Tracking Number from the Courier company

It is noted that the sales contract between the customer and our sole proprietorship will only include the products listed in the “Order Confirmation” email.

Please note that in order to submit your order the minimum cost of the order – not including the cost of transport and VAT – must amount up to ten (10) euros.

Our online store accepts all Visa, Mastercard credit cards, debit cards etc. Your transactions in our online store are completed on the special payment pages of our partner companies VivaWallet and Paypal (PayPal, Venmo, Pay Later) and are completely secure. We do not retain data and payment information (such as credit card information, etc.) (more information on our Privacy and Data Protection Policy).

You can only pay by credit or debit cards through our e-shop. You cannot pay by cash on delivery. Furthermore, you cannot purchase the goods from the headquarters of our store.

Your details – personal data will never be disclosed by us and will only be used to the extent and for the purpose you have chosen. Credit/debit card transactions are made through the Viva Wallet system and the Paypal system (PayPal, Venmo, Pay Later)as described above.

All transactions you carry out are governed by International and European law, which regulates issues related to electronic commerce, as well as by the Consumer Protection Law (Greek Law 2251/1994), which regulates issues related to distance sales.
