Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our sole proprietorship «Braaaap Goat» offers you the possibility of returning products purchased from our e-shop www.braaaapgoat.com within 14 calendar days from the day you received the products based on the receipt documents, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Policy and exclusively in the cases specified.

Order cancellation (right of withdrawal before delivery)

The online order can be canceled if the product has not yet been shipped.

To cancel your order you can call +30 6955807315 or send an email to info@braaaapgoat.com and one of our associates will take care of canceling your order. The refund is made to the credit/debit card you used for payment. The refund process takes place within five (5) working days from the cancellation of the order. We are not responsible for delays that may occur due to the bank or force majeure events. Please note that any money transfer fees charged by your bank are non-refundable. You will not be charged any additional fees for such refund.

Right of Withdrawal – Return / Replacement of Products

  1. a) Right of withdrawal (after delivery)

The user/subscriber/consumer may withdraw without reason from the product sales agreement within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product, under the condition they return the product in its original condition (excellent). You can exercise your right by sending us a written notification of your request by email to info@braaaapgoat.com or by sending us the cancellation form, without incurring any additional costs, except the return costs. Within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day we receive your notification we will return to you the money corresponding to the value of the product you ordered after we communicate with you by phone, under the condition you respectively return the product in its original condition (excellent)within the same aforementioned period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the notification of withdrawal.

The refund is made to the credit/debit card you used for payment. The refund process takes place within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal. We may delay the refund until we receive the goods back. We are not responsible for delays that may occur due to the bank or force majeure events. Please note that any money transfer fees charged by your bank are non-refundable. You will not be charged any additional fees for such refund.

The return of the item(s) by the customer is only accepted if the customer has previously paid the shipping costs for the return. In case you return the products via the courier we cooperate with (ELTA – courier) you must bear the return cost of five (5) euros. As long as your delivery address is outside Greece, you must bear the return cost of six (6) euros. If you choose another way to return the products or with another courier company, you will be charged the (additional) return cost.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product(s) in the same condition in which they were received and you have to send us back the sales receipt or invoice and delivery note.The product(s) must not have been washed, not been used in any way, have all of their tag(s) and their packaging must not have been damaged.Refunds cannot be made if the product(s) have been used or if they are damaged. If the above return conditions are not met, we have the right not to accept the return of the products.In this case, the products are returned to their sender, who bears the shipping costs.

It is pointed out that the customers bear the responsibility for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of theirhandlingwhich is beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the products.

In addition, the customer always has the responsibility of sending the product back to us, since as the recipientswe cannot search for the package in any postal/transportation company.

After the expiry of the above period, the user/subscriber/consumer is not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal and we no longer have any relevant obligation towards the user/subscriber/consumer.

  1. b) Return / Replacement of Products (Defective product, wrong order)

In the event that you receive a defective product or a mistake has been made in your order (if, for example, you received a different product than the one you ordered) you have the option of returning or replacing the product.The replacement is done at no cost to the recipient or a full refund is made if the replacement is not agreed upon.The refund is made to the credit/debit card you used for payment. The refund process takes place within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day we receive the product back. The consumer must return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day they sent us the notification for the return – replacement of the product. We are not responsible fordelays that may occurdue to the bank or force majeure events. Please note that any money transfer fees charged by your bank are non-refundable. You will not be charged any additional fees for such refund.

In order to complete the return of the product, it is necessary that the return – exchange request does not exceed 14 calendar days from the date you received our product based on the receipt documents. You can exercise your right by sending us an e-mail to info@braaaapgoat.com or sending us the replacement/return form where the defect of the product or the error in the order must be mentioned.

Products must be returned/exchanged in the original condition (excellent) you received them with no signs of wear or damage. Products must have all the manufacturer’s tags and accompanying tags. Also, the products must be returned in their packaging together with the sales receipt or the invoice and the shipping slip.

The defective product is replaced only with one from the same category or with any other one upon agreement. If there is a difference in value, we will contact you to send you the product after the corresponding bank deposit.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility in case the products will be lost during the return.

The transport costs for the return of a defective product or in case of an error in the order are borne by us. The return must be made via the courier we cooperate with (ELTA – courier).

In case you do not wish to exchange the defective product with another, you have the right to request an unjustified refund of your money in accordance with the law.

Return process

  1. Contact us by email at info@braaaapgoat.com or by phone at +30 6955807315, to clarify the details of the return. When contacting us you will need to know the purchase receipt/invoice/shipping note number and the product code.
  2. Pack the product so that it is protected during shipping and send it to our headquarters: Filopappou Square 1, Athens Attica, Greece, P.K. 11741 via the courier company we cooperate with (ELTA – Courier). You must also include in the package the sales receipt or the invoice and the packing slip.Products must be returned in the original condition (excellent) in which you received them, with no signs of wear and tear and must have all manufacturer tags attached.

We are not liable to users/subscribers/consumers for any defect, which did not exist at the time of delivery of the product or which was not possible to determine based on the existing level of scientific and technical knowledge, as well as for any damage caused by the use of the product due to an act or omission of the user/subscriber/consumer or a third party.

We reserve the right to refuse returns/replacements of products that have not been returned in accordance with the terms of ourCancellation and Refund Policy.

In case of lack of immediate availability of certain products, we are not responsible for not carrying out the transaction.

Our sole proprietorship is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of its contractual obligations, insofar as the inability to fulfill is due to force majeure events (indicative and non-limiting examples – unforeseen weather phenomena, severe weather conditions, acts or omissions of public bodies and State services, etc.)
